At Just Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the gear.
